Ingredients for the Anda Pakora Egg Fritters Snack:

  • Eggs-5
  • Black pepper powder-2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder-1 tsp
  • Roasted carom seeds powder-1/2 tsp
  • Carom seeds-1 tsp
  • Ginger paste-1 tsp
  • Garlic paste-1/2 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Dry mango powder(amchur)-1 tsp
  • Gram flour (besan)-5 tbsp
  • Rice flour-2 tbsp
  • Mint leaves-little
  • Green chillies-5
  • Coriander leaves-little
  • Baking powder-1 pinch

Instructions:

  • Boil eggs and cut into half.
  • Take a bowl, add 1/2 tsp roasted carom seeds powder, add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp ginger paste, garlic paste, salt, little dry mango powder, little water and mix well, add little more black pepper powder.
  • Apply this mixture to boiled eggs.
  • Take a bowl, add 5 tbsp besan, add 2 tbsp rice flour, add 1/2 tsp dry mango powder, add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, add water and mix well, add ginger paste, add garlic paste, add chopped mint leaves, add chopped green chillies, add chopped coriender leaves, add black pepper powder, add 1 tsp carom seeds and mix well, add salt, add 1 pinch baking powder and mix well.
  • Dip eggs into besan batter and fry, turn upside down every minute until you get desired color.
  • Egg Pakora is ready.

Instructions:

  • Take a bowl, smash boiled potatoes and add finely chopped onions, ginger paste, coriender leaves, mint leaves, chopped green chillies, salt, black pepper powder, cumin seeds powder, turmeric powder, carom seeds and mix well.
  • Further, add dry mango powder and red chilli powder. Mix well.
  • Take a bowl and add gram flour, 2 tbsp rice flour for crispiness, add coriender leaves, mint leaves, chopped green chillies, carom seeds, ginger paste, turmeric powder, salt, black pepper powder, dry mango powder and mix well
  • Add water as per thick consistency, add a pinch of baking powder and mix well.
  • Apply green chutney on bread slice and apply red chutney on the other bread slice, apply potatoes masala and just place one bread slice on the other like sandwich and cut diagonally into half
  • Dip into gram flour mixture and leave in oil for deep frying with full flame for 1 minute, turn upside down after 1 minute on each side, repeat the process of turning upside down after every 1/2 minute for 3 minute on medium flame.
  • Bread Pakora is ready.

  • Heat a pan, add 3 tablespoon oil, lightly roast puffed rice on low flame for 5 minutes,
  • Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, chopped green chillies, add mashed garlic and fry, switch off the stove
  • Now, add red chilli powder, add turmeric powder, add roasted chana dal, add roasted peanuts, add salt, on the stove
  • Cook on low flame for 1 minute and transfer this content to the vessel containing puffed rice

  • Boil eggs.
  • Below potatoes masala and gram flour mixture quantity is for 10 eggs.
  • Take a bowl, add 2 boiled and mashed potatoes, add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds powder, 1/2 tsp coriender powder, 1/2 tsp carom seeds, add 1/2 tsp ginger paste, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp dry mango powder, add salt as per taste, add 2 chopped green chillies, little chopped mint leaves, few chopped coriender leaves,
  • Add 1 large sized finely chopped onion and mix well.
  • Cut boiled eggs into partial half, fill potatoes masala on top and on either sides.

  • Add little water and mix well, add water as per thick consistency, dip egg into this batter and leave into oil for deep frying, turn upside down after 30 seconds, repeat the process of turning upside down until desired color.
  • Tip: If potatoes masala and besan mixture remains in excess, you can keep it in fridge for two days and can be used.
  • Egg bonda is ready.

  • All three chutneys are ready.
  • Cook Kabuli chana in the cooker with salt and turmeric powder and bring 6 to 8 whistles)

  • Take a large bowl,

  • Almonds-25 gm (optional)
  • Sugar-3 tablespoon
  • Milk-200 ml
  • Clarified Butter-2 tablespoon (optional)
  • Vanilla essence-1 spoon
  • Baking powder-1 teaspoon
  • Cooking soda-1/2 teaspoon
  • Charoli- 1 tablespoon

Method:

  • Add biscuits into mixer jar, add almonds, add sugar and grind, now add milk, add clarified butter, add vanilla essence and grind, transfer to a vessel, mix well, add baking powder, add cooking soda and mix well.
  • Take a vessel, apply clarified butter, sprinkle maida all over, spread little charoli, pour the mixture, spread little charoli over.
  • Pre-heat a big vessel for 10 minutes, keep a stand, now keep the cake mixture vessel and close the lid
  • Further, cook for 4 minutes on high flame, lower the flame and then again cook for 21 minutes, now check with a toothpick. If not cooked, cook for another 10 minutes.

  • Wheat Flour-500 gm
  • Milk cream-4 tbsp (optional)
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil- 5 1/2 tbsp

  • Onions-2 big

  • For Sabzi: Heat a pan, add 3 tbsp oil, add mustard seeds, add cumin seeds, add curry leaves, add chopped green chillies, add chopped onions, add salt, add turmeric powder, add 1 tbsp oil, add boiled potatoes, add mint leaves, add coriender leaves and mix well and close the lid and cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.
  • Take some dough, give flat round shape with the help of roll pin.
  • Heat a pan, add oil for frying, add poori and fry. Poori Bhaji is ready.
