Wheat flour 250 gm or 2 cup (200 gm wheat flour and 50 rice flour)

This simple and tasty delicacy is a fry recipe using Raw Banana or Cooking Banana which is a complete vegetarian dish. Raw Banana is a vegetable which is almost similar to the Fruit Banana but instead used in many vegetable side dishes and curries.

Raw Banana 2 Large
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
Salt 1 tsp
Red chilly powder 1 and 1/2 tbsp
Lemon Juice 1
Gram Flour/Besan 1 and 1/2 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp to fry
Coriander powder 1/2 tbsp
Firstly, Chop banana into equal pieces and most importantly keep them soaked in water.
Secondly, In a bowl
Add all the ingredients and 1/2 cup water
Mix it well to form a paste of medium thick consistency
Dip the chopped banana pieces into the paste and apply it thoroughly and marinate it
Further, Heat a pan and add 2 tbsp oil
Place the pieces in the pan and add 1 tbsp oil
Close lid and fry for 4-5 min on medium flame.
Open and further turn/flip the pieces and add 1 tbsp oil
Similarly, Close lid and fry for 4-5 min on medium flame.
Finally, Take off stove.
Vegetable Banana Fry is ready. Serve Hot
Hence, the Cooking Banana Fry is crispy on the outside and softer inside as the tangy and spicy masala further enhances the taste.
I tried paneer very late and it was at a restaurant, later I began experimenting with this milk based product in many recipes. Paneer Fry is one such delicious vegetarian recipe prepared using tasty masala which is applied to paneer pieces and then shallow fried in oil. This is a veg starter recipe which can also be a tea-time snack or a side dish with dal chawal. Kaddu is one such vegetable which is popular for its sweets recipe as well as a veggie in lots of sabzi dishes around the world and is a vegetarian delight. Indian cuisine has many Kaddu/Bottlegourd recipes like for sweets there is Kaddu Halwa and its Kheer and as a vegetable there can be Kaddu Dal, Kaddu Sabzi or it can be used along other veggies in a mix vegetable recipe.
In this recipe, I will show you a simple but very delicious Kaddu Sabzi Recipe made in spicy masala which further enhances the taste. Kaddu is also known by many names like Lauki, Dudhiya and Bhopla. In this sabzi recipe chopped kaddu pieces are cooked with grinded green masala which also has grated coconut to make it lip smacking vegetarian recipe. Tastes best with chapati, Roti or phulka.
Bottle Gourd 500gm
Chana dal 2 tbsp
Coconut grated 1/2
Green chilly 50 gm
Ginger 50 gm
Onion 250 gm
Salt as per taste
Turmeric powder 1 spoon
Oil 2 tbsp
Method to prepare the Kaddu Sabzi:
Firstly, Roast green chilly for 30 sec
Secondly, In a mixer jar, add chilly, ginger, garlic and coconut along with little water and grind to a medium thick paste
Further, Heat a pan and on full flame
Add 2 tbsp oil
Now, add onion and roast until brown
Add tomato and stir cook until it softens to a paste
On medium flame add chana dal and mix it
Add the grinded green masala and stir cook for 30 sec
Add salt and turmeric powder
Mix it well
Most importantly, To avoid darkening of chopped Bottle Gourd pieces, keep them immersed in water.
Add chopped bottle gourd and mix it well while cooking on for 2-3 min on medium flame
Later, Close lid and cook further for 5 min on medium flame
Today I will show you a dish which is a traditional recipe Coconut/Nariyal Pulao, a vegetarian recipe, prepared using rice and it is made on special occasions like Marriages and Festivals. Although, this Pulao is a Vegetarian recipe but it is usually served with Chicken or Mutton Curry. The rich taste of coconut milk enhances the taste and the addition of garam masala gives earthen flavour to the dish. This coconut pulao is a special vegetarian recipe and a variation of Pulao.
Coconut or Nariyal Pulao is prepared by cooking rice in coconut milk garam masala/spices like Cinnamon and Clove is added. Also, I have shown and mentioned the process of extracting coconut milk from coconut in this recipe. You can watch the complete video recipe through this link: Coconut Pulao

Coconut grated 1 Large
Rice 1 kg
Ghee/Clarified Butter 2-3 tbs
Onion 1 Large Chopped
Cinnamon 5-6 pieces
Firstly, In a mixer jar
Add grated coconut with little water and grind it to a medium thick paste
Use the coconut paste along with water and a strainer to extract the coconut milk.
Secondly, Heat a vessel
Meanwhile, On full flame
Further we need to add all the garam masala
Add onion and roast until golden brown
Now add coconut milk
Most Importantly, Add water as per rice taken which is 1 ltr.
Now add salt as per taste
Cook until it starts boiling
When it is boiling add rice
Mix it well
Further, We need to dry the water.
When little water is remaining, close lid and cook on medium flame for 5 min
