Ingredients for Gajar Malpua:
- Carrots-250 gm
- Maida-125 gm
- Sugar-125 gm
- Sugar powder-2 tbsp
- Milk powder-3 tbsp
- Baking powder-1/2 tsp
- Cardamom powder-1 tsp
- Milk-250 ml
Method for Gajar Malpua Carrot Sweet Recipe:
- Grate Carrots, grind and make paste by adding milk.
- Take a bowl, add grinded carrots paste, 2 tbsp sugar powder, maida 125 gm, mix well, add milk powder 3 tbsp, mix well, add 1/2 tsp baking powder, add cardamom powder 1/2 tsp, add pinch of salt, add remaining maida and milk and mix well.
- Heat a vessel, add 1-1/2 bowl water, add sugar 1 bowl, add 1/2 tsp cardamom powder, stir and dilute, let cook for 5 more minutes.
- Heat a pan, add oil, pour the mixture with a big spoon, make malpua, drain excessive oil and dip into sugar syrup.
- Carrot Malpua is ready.
