Ingredients for Bread Pakora Breakfast/Snack Recipes:

  • Potatoes-3 medium
  • Finely Chopped Onions-2 big
  • Ginger paste-1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves-little
  • Mint leaves-little
  • Chopped green chillies-4
  • Salt as per taste
  • Black pepper powder-1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds powder-1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder-1 tsp
  • Ajwain-1 tsp
  • Dry mango powder- 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder-1 tsp
  • Gram flour (Besan)-7 tbsp
  • Bread slice-4

Instructions:

  • Take a bowl, smash boiled potatoes and add finely chopped onions, ginger paste, coriender leaves, mint leaves, chopped green chillies, salt, black pepper powder, cumin seeds powder, turmeric powder, carom seeds and mix well.
  • Further, add dry mango powder and red chilli powder. Mix well.
  • Take a bowl and add gram flour, 2 tbsp rice flour for crispiness, add coriender leaves, mint leaves, chopped green chillies, carom seeds, ginger paste, turmeric powder, salt, black pepper powder, dry mango powder and mix well
  • Add water as per thick consistency, add a pinch of baking powder and mix well.
  • Apply green chutney on bread slice and apply red chutney on the other bread slice, apply potatoes masala and just place one bread slice on the other like sandwich and cut diagonally into half
  • Dip into gram flour mixture and leave in oil for deep frying with full flame for 1 minute, turn upside down after 1 minute on each side, repeat the process of turning upside down after every 1/2 minute for 3 minute on medium flame.
  • Bread Pakora is ready.

Ingredients for Sev Puri Snack Recipe:

  • Kabuli chana-100 gm
  • Sev-100 gm
  • Finely chopped tomatoes-2 big
  • Finely chopped onions-2 big
  • Pomegranate (anar dana)-1 cup
  • Coriander leaves-little

Ingredients for green chutney:

  • Green chilli-1
  • Coriander leaves-little
  • Salt as per taste

Ingredients for red chutney:

  • Red chilli powder-1/2 tablespoon
  • Garlic paste-1 spoon
  • Ginger paste-1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt as per taste. Grind all the above ingredients separately.

Ingredients for Tamarind chutney :

  • Tamarind-25 gm
  • Soak tamarind in warm water for 20 minutes. It is better to extract tamarind pulp by pressing with hand and no need to grind. Add 4 tablespoon jaggery powder to tamarind extract, add little salt and mix well

Method for Sev Puri Snack Recipe:

  • All three chutneys are ready.
  • Cook Kabuli chana in the cooker with salt and turmeric powder and bring 6 to 8 whistles)
  • Make small hole to puri, add cooked kabuli chana, add all the three chutneys, add sev on top, add finely chopped tomatoes, add finely chopped onions, add pomegranate (anar dana), sprinkle little chopped coriender leaves.
  • Sev puri is ready.

  • McVities Oat Cookies (biscuits)-240 gm (2 boxes)
  • Almonds-25 gm (optional)
  • Sugar-3 tablespoon
  • Milk-200 ml
  • Clarified Butter-2 tablespoon (optional)
  • Vanilla essence-1 spoon
  • Baking powder-1 teaspoon
  • Cooking soda-1/2 teaspoon
  • Charoli- 1 tablespoon

Method:

  • Add biscuits into mixer jar, add almonds, add sugar and grind, now add milk, add clarified butter, add vanilla essence and grind, transfer to a vessel, mix well, add baking powder, add cooking soda and mix well.
  • Take a vessel, apply clarified butter, sprinkle maida all over, spread little charoli, pour the mixture, spread little charoli over.
  • Pre-heat a big vessel for 10 minutes, keep a stand, now keep the cake mixture vessel and close the lid
  • Further, cook for 4 minutes on high flame, lower the flame and then again cook for 21 minutes, now check with a toothpick. If not cooked, cook for another 10 minutes.
  • Biscuit cake is ready.

Method for Stuffed Capsicum with Minced Meat Recipe:

  • Heat a pan, add 2 tbsp oil, add chopped onions, add chopped tomatoes, add red chilli powder, add coriander powder, add keema, add salt, add turmeric powder, add garam masala powder, add chopped coriender leaves,
  • Cook for 5 min on full flame to dry water add 250 ml water, mix and close the lid and cook for 5 min on full flame to avoid burning and mix stir and ready.
  • Take capsicum and make pockets, add keema masala.
  • Heat a pan, add 1 tbsp oil, full flame add filled capsicum, close the lid and cook for 2-3 min medium flame and again 2-3 min cooked
